From our stone and concrete domes inspired by ancestral architecture to the glam camps built with noble, local materials, every space was designed to help our guests connect deeply with Mendoza.

Our restaurant, Barro Cocina, reflects this same essence with a culinary approach that celebrates local ingredients and the flavors of the land. It was there that we gathered for an intimate dinner to celebrate the arrival of the Michelin Key, surrounded by people who have been part of this journey.
We also create experiences that blend wine culture, gastronomy, and landscape, in collaboration with projects we deeply admire within the province.
